I bought the Snoozeband 2.0 and it is great. I wake regularly at 3/4am and this really helps me to get back to sleep and is so comfortable.

It sounds excessive but I've honestly not slept so well in years! It's been about two weeks and I am falling asleep more easily, my thoughts don't race as they did before and I sleep deeply through the night. When I do stir that 2am anxiety monkey is very much asleep too!
With better sleep I am functioning better and it's got me into a really positive cycle whereas before the lack of sleep just added to stress. It's incredible how a simple product can have such massive effects.

The snoozeband meets my needs well because it can sit around my forehead or over my eyes. The pressure is just right: not restrictive and not loose. The sound is excellent and immersive. It feels like someone is in your head rather than in your ears. I like that you can auto shut down after an hour or two. Compared to another brand which only covers the eyes and feels weightier, I am very happy with the snoozeband.

It's a great product however, it's not for me. Unfortunately it's makes me feel unsafe in my home. I dont like the feeling of not being able to hear normal noises I usually hear. Can't sleep and it's because the Sleep Band is so excellent.
My daughter will love it, she has a dog.
I'm out within 5 minutes every night after playing the deep sleep playlist. I stay asleep all night with the light blocked out too. Now something I genuinely can't live without. If you're a light sleeper, invest!
After trying every type of ear plug in existence, I bought this in the hopes of it blocking out my partner’s snoring, so I could sleep. I was skeptical but it has been a total game changer! I’ve now gone two weeks where I’ve slept through the night and even his loudest snoring hasn’t woken me up!
Had a deluxe version previously but would get too hot in summer. The silk one is so comfy and cool. The fixable speakers are great so they don’t slip about as I sleep.
Why did I delay buying these! I was driving my partner potty at night as I couldn’t sleep and listened to podcasts etc. Now I can fall asleep with the distraction of an audiobook, podcast, or sounds of waves. I do find the band comes low and is irritating as it is slightly over my eyes if I want to get the actual headphone pods in the right place. It’s my only bugbear about them.

I was sceptical but liked the idea that it was washable and that there was a money back guarantee so I thought I had nothing to lose. It has had an immediate effect, I haven't stopped waking up in the night but I quickly go back to sleep, which wasn't the case before when I was awake for hours each night. I have recommended one to my daughter in law who struggles sleeping.It is very comfortable and it doesn't disturb my husband which is another bonus.

I have used earbuds & ear phones for years to listen to relaxation modules, music or audio books. Of course they hurt, limit sleep position & make my ears waxy. I love this headband. I used to wear earplugs to drown out my snoring missus, but these are better. I love that i can listen to music from my phone and then double tap a button to switch to the built-in rain sounds right before I fall asleep, saves messing with my phone and waking back up. The fit is adjustable which is great because I have a massive noggin. Im a side sleeper too, so I appreciate the thinness of the speakers. I have tried cheap ones before and they always leave me with sore ears. Slept with these on every night for a week now and not got sore ears once. The eye socket things are perfect for me, full black-out with enough space for my girlish eye lashes to blink without aggravating me. The silk attachment is nice too if you want that cooling effect but I prefer the sockets.

I have been looking for earphones I can wear sleeping without them hurting my ears. I’ve tried so many types but nothing has been good until I found Snoozeband!! Love it so much and have recommended to all my friends. I just wish I could buy extra covers when mine is in the wash
